Plenty of supplies in the room: air conditioner, a TV and ironing facilities. A small kitchenette was ok for us. Only 10 minutes walk from Port Elgin centre. Free WiFi was available too. Reasonable price and close to where we needed to be.

Balcony was a bonus. It's walking distance to Wendy's, where you can have lunch👌👌
